**X-CORE Platform Council（X-COREプラットフォーム評議会）は、運営委員会（Steering Committee）によって設置される臨時小委員会であり、定められた運営ルールに従って活動します。組織全体との整合性を確保するため、運営委員会に直接報告を行います。** **初期メンバー6名は運営委員会によって指名され、その後の追加メンバーは投票によって選出されます。** **X-CORE Platform Councilは、Eclipse S-COREのような複雑な統合プロジェクトを支援するため、主に非技術的な業務を担当します。評議会は戦略的な指針の策定や意思決定を担い、コミュニケーション、ブランディング、財務などの実務については各運営チームが担当します。**

会議
- Platform Council は、少なくとも月に1回開催されます。
- 議題および議事録は、Eclipse Working Group の標準プロセスに従って作成・管理されます。
- 異議申し立ての対応
問題が発生した場合は、Platform Council メーリングリスト、Platform Council 議長、SDV Steering Committee の順にエスカレーションを行い、ガバナンスに関する事項については Eclipse Management Organisation（EMO）が対応します。
